ABOUT ME

Penny Lane Photography was born out of owner Penny Lane’s deep passion for the visual arts. After mastering her craft, she founded the studio in 2010 to share her creative talents with the community.
Today our close-knit team includes 5 dedicated photographers, each with their own specialty. We love what we do – and it shows through in our images and service.
We actively support local charities, including the Sydney Children’s Hospital. We also offer probono portrait sessions for disadvantaged youth and families.

My style is natural, candid, and full of real emotion. I shoot digitally on state-of-the-art Canon equipment. Images are carefully edited and color corrected to museum-quality standards. Most family sessions yield 30-40 high resolution edited digital files available for download, printing, and sharing on social media.

Q: How do I reserve my session date?

A: Booking your shoot is easy! Just visit my online calendar to view availability and securely pay a 25% non-refundable retainer. This reserves your session date and time. The remainder is due 1 week prior to shooting. If you have any issues online, just give me a ring to book directly.

Q: What if it rains on the day I book?

A: No worries, I’ve got you covered! My studio offers a perfect rain-proof alternative, just minutes from the CBD. I also have some fabulous indoor locations scouted around Sydney just in case. We may even embrace the atmosphere and get some misty magic! If bad weather causes a total shoot cancellation, I’m happy to reschedule you anytime within a year based on availability.
